What We Provide On Site

Physiotherapy

Mobility, strength and balance programs, falls prevention, transfer assessment and manual handling input, pain management, and rehabilitation after a fall, fracture or hospital admission. Also staff training in safe transfers.

Read more: Falls Prevention & Mobility · Rehabilitation After Hospital

Occupational Therapy

Seating and pressure care assessment, wheelchair and equipment prescription, manual handling and transfer planning, environmental assessment and functional review. Seating is where OT most directly reduces pressure injury risk.

Podiatry

Routine and high-risk foot care, diabetic foot assessment, nail and skin care, offloading and footwear advice. One of the most requested services and one of the most straightforward to schedule on a regular cycle.

Read more: Diabetic Foot Care · Corns and Calluses · Fungal Nails

Nursing

Complex wound management, pressure injury prevention and treatment, continence assessment, and clinical care supporting your own nursing team rather than duplicating it.

Read more: Wound Care · Continence Assessments · Palliative and End-of-Life Support · Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis

Dietetics

Malnutrition screening and management, unintentional weight loss, texture-modified diet adequacy, wound healing nutrition, and menu review. Texture-modified diets are where nutritional adequacy most often quietly fails.

Speech Pathology

Swallowing assessment, mealtime management plans using the IDDSI framework, communication support, and mealtime practice training for care staff.

Beyond Individual Resident Care

Most of the value in a facility arrangement is in the things that scale beyond one resident.

Care staff education and competency support, covering manual handling, pressure injury prevention, skin integrity, mealtime assistance, and recognising deterioration.

Mealtime management. Swallowing and nutrition work together. Texture-modified diets are where nutritional adequacy most often quietly fails, and where safe mealtime practice most often drifts.

Pressure injury prevention programs, with nursing and occupational therapy working together on equipment, repositioning and skin assessment.

Falls prevention programs, meaning properly dosed strength and balance work rather than a leaflet and a handrail.

Documentation and reporting that supports your quality and accreditation obligations.

Why Facilities Contract This Out

Allied health in residential care tends to fail in one of two ways: it is not there at all, or it is there but not co-ordinated with what the care team is doing.

Our approach is to work as part of your clinical governance rather than alongside it, reporting into your systems and making recommendations your staff can actually implement with the resources they have. A recommendation that requires staffing you do not have is not a recommendation.

How It Works

1. Enquire

Call 1300 765 456 or email info@inonehealthcare.com.au. Tell us the facility, location, number of residents and which services you are looking for.

2. We scope it with you

Which disciplines, how often, how many hours, and whether you want individual resident care, group programs, staff education, or a combination.

3. Quote

Pricing depends on the services, frequency, hours and location, so it is quoted on request rather than published. We will put a written quote in front of you once we understand what your facility actually needs, and we would rather do that than have you work from a rate card that does not fit your situation.

4. Agreement and onboarding

Scope, schedule, reporting arrangements, credentialling and inductions.

5. Service delivery

Scheduled visits with consistent clinicians wherever possible, because continuity matters more in this setting than in almost any other.

6. Review

Regular review of the arrangement against what your residents actually need, adjusted as your resident profile changes.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this funded?
Arrangements vary. Some services are covered within the facility's own funding, some through a resident's individual entitlements, and some are contracted directly with the facility. We will work through which applies to your situation.
What does it cost?
Pricing is provided on request rather than published, because it depends on which disciplines you need, how often, how many hours and where your facility is. Contact us and we will scope it properly and quote in writing.
Which states do you operate in?
We are available in every state we operate in, covering Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales. Contact us to confirm current capacity for your facility's location.
Can you see residents at short notice?
Urgent wound, pressure injury and swallowing referrals are prioritised. Tell us at referral if there is risk of deterioration.
Do your clinicians have aged care experience?
Yes, and it is a substantial part of our work.
