How to refer your patient

We make GP referrals simple and fast. Our team processes referrals within 1 business day and sends detailed progress reports back to your practice — keeping you informed every step of the way.

We accept CCMP/EPC, mixed modality CCMP, TAC, DVA, WorkCover and private referrals across all our locations. Medicare bulk billing is available for eligible patients — please note a gap fee applies for some services.

Mixed Modality CCMP: If your patient requires more than one allied health discipline, a single CCMP can cover multiple providers. Contact our team to discuss coordination across Physiotherapy, OT, Podiatry, Speech Pathology and Dietetics.
