Dr Yousif Alyousif
Fertility Specialist & Gynaecologist
MBChB, BMedSc(Hons), PGDipObsMedGyn, MRMed (Excellence), FRANZCOG
Dr Alyousif is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist and a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. His special interests include fertility, male fertility and andrology, reproductive endocrinology, ultrasound imaging and minimally invasive surgery.
He studied medicine at the University of Otago, completed a Master's in Reproductive Medicine at UNSW, and is CREI trained (Certificate in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility), the highest level of fertility training in Australasia.
As well as consulting at inOne, Dr Alyousif is also part of the team at Melbourne IVF. He combines clinical expertise with a genuine dedication to helping patients feel heard and at ease.

Tests & scans
Blood tests, semen analysis and pelvic ultrasound to understand what's going on. Scans can be done with inOne Imaging, located within our Roxburgh Park clinic.

Common questions
Generally, if you're under 35 and haven't conceived after 12 months of trying, or over 35 after 6 months. See someone sooner if you have irregular periods, known conditions like endometriosis or PCOS, or have had more than one miscarriage.
