Accredited Practising Dietitian
Primary Location
Melbourne — Western and Northern Suburbs
I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian who works with children and adults. I have experience in aged care, mental health and diabetes and cardiovascular management. My approach to nutrition is person-centred and evidence-based, recognising that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health. I work collaboratively with each individual to understand their unique circumstances, preferences, lifestyle, cultural background, and relationship with food. Together, we focus on creating realistic and sustainable changes that support long-term health and wellbeing, while still allowing food to be enjoyable and flexible.
My interest in becoming a Dietitian grew from my curiosity about the connection between nutrition, health, and overall wellbeing. I became fascinated by the way food choices can influence how people feel, manage health conditions, and support their quality of life. What I value most about being a Dietitian is the opportunity to work with people from diverse backgrounds and help make nutrition feel less overwhelming. I enjoy translating complex nutrition information into practical strategies that empower people to feel confident in their choices.
