Mary Perez

Senior Physiotherapist

Primary Location

North West Suburbs, Melbourne

Hello, my name is Mary Perez, and I am a Senior Physiotherapist with many years of experience helping people of all ages improve their movement and quality of life. I have worked in community health and outpatient physiotherapy, supporting people with joint and muscle problems, recovery after surgery, and neurological rehabilitation such as stroke and Parkinson's disease.

My greatest passion is working with older adults. I enjoy helping people stay active, healthy, and independent so they can continue doing the things that are important to them.

As a physiotherapist, I help older adults improve their strength, balance, movement, and confidence through personalised assessment and treatment. I design exercise programs and pain management plans that match each person's needs and goals, focusing on improving mobility, reducing pain, preventing falls, and making everyday activities easier.

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is seeing my clients achieve their goals — whether it is walking more confidently, getting up from a chair more easily, returning to their favourite activities, or simply feeling stronger and more independent at home or in the community.
