inOne Healthcare
Some things are best treated in a clinic, and some are best treated at home. Our Roxburgh Park physiotherapists do both — hands-on treatment and loaded exercise in a full clinic space, and mobile visits for people who cannot easily get to us.
We treat pain, injury, post-surgical recovery, transport accident injuries and neurological conditions, and accept Medicare, NDIS, TAC, aged care and private patients.

What We Do
Hands-on treatment, loaded exercise, gym-based rehabilitation and progressive strength work in a full treatment space with equipment and room to move.
Mobile physiotherapy across Melbourne's north for older Australians, people with limited mobility, post-hospital recovery and NDIS participants.
Treatment for whiplash, back, shoulder and limb injuries, fractures, soft tissue injuries and persistent pain following a transport accident — at the clinic or in the home.
Targeted physiotherapy for stroke, ABI, Parkinson's, MS, MND, spinal cord injury and cerebral palsy, delivered in the clinic or at home.

In-Clinic
Some things are best treated in a clinic. Hands-on treatment, loaded exercise, gym-based rehabilitation, gait retraining with proper space, and progressive strength work all benefit from equipment and room to move.
Our Roxburgh Park physiotherapists assess thoroughly before treating. That means understanding what actually caused the problem — not just where it hurts — and building a plan that addresses the cause, restores function and reduces the chance of it recurring.
In-Home
Not everyone can get to a clinic, and for many conditions the home is the better place to treat. Our mobile physiotherapists visit people at home across Roxburgh Park, Craigieburn, Greenvale, Broadmeadows, Epping and the surrounding suburbs.
In-home physiotherapy is particularly suited to older Australians, people with significant mobility limitations, people recovering from a hospital admission, and NDIS participants working on function in their own environment.
Transport Accident
If you have been injured in a transport accident in Victoria, physiotherapy is one of the most common and most important parts of recovery. Our physiotherapists treat the full range of transport accident injuries — whiplash and neck injuries, back injuries, shoulder and limb injuries, fractures, soft tissue injuries, post-surgical recovery, and the persistent pain and reduced confidence that often follow.
We can treat TAC clients at the Roxburgh Park clinic or in the home, and we work with your GP, specialists and TAC to keep treatment moving. If you have a TAC claim number, bring it to your first appointment and our team will explain how billing works and what approvals may be needed.
Neurological
Neurological conditions change how the brain and body communicate, producing weakness, altered tone, poor balance, reduced coordination and fatigue. Each of those responds to targeted, repetitive, well-designed physiotherapy.
Our physiotherapists support adults with stroke, acquired brain injury, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy and other neurological conditions, working on:
Falls & Older Adults
Around one in three older Australians falls each year, and a fall is very often the event that ends independent living. Our physiotherapists deliver progressive, correctly dosed strength and balance programs — in the clinic, in the home, or as part of a group class — alongside gait retraining, mobility aid review and environmental risk identification with our occupational therapists.
We also treat arthritis, osteoporosis-related concerns, persistent pain, deconditioning after illness, and rehabilitation after joint replacement or fracture.
Group Classes
Group classes at Roxburgh Park are a practical, cost-effective way to maintain strength, balance and confidence once an individual program has done its work — with a physiotherapist supervising, so the exercises stay correct and keep progressing. Talk to our team about which class is right for you.
Flexible Options
If you have a chronic or complex condition, your GP may prepare a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) — the plan that replaced GP Management Plans and Team Care Arrangements from 1 July 2025. This allows up to five allied health services per calendar year (ten for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients) with a Medicare rebate. Referrals are made by GP letter and remain valid for 18 months from the first service. A gap payment usually applies; our team will confirm the amount before your appointment.
We support plan-managed and self-managed participants. Physiotherapy is typically funded under Capacity Building — Improved Daily Living, with additional support available through Improved Health and Wellbeing where relevant. We provide functional assessments, progress reports and evidence for plan reviews, and work directly with support coordinators and plan managers.
We treat clients with accepted Transport Accident Commission claims, at the clinic or in the home. Bring your claim number to the first appointment and our team will walk you through billing and approvals.
Physiotherapy sits within the clinical care category of the Support at Home program, which replaced Home Care Packages from 1 November 2025. Clinical care services are fully funded by the government regardless of income or assets — there is no means-tested contribution for physiotherapy.
Private appointments are available with no referral required, for anyone who would prefer not to wait on funding or a GP plan.
