inOne Healthcare
Our Melbourne physiotherapists assess and treat in the places where those problems occur. We see the real stairs, the real bathroom, the real footpath, and we build programs around them. Progress is measured in things that matter: standing up unaided, getting to the letterbox, sleeping through without a fall, getting back to the walk you used to do.
Every referral is matched to a physiotherapist with relevant clinical experience, and we work collaboratively with participants, families, carers, support coordinators, GPs, specialists, support workers and other allied health clinicians.

What We Do
Targeted, repetitive physiotherapy for stroke, ABI, Parkinson's, MS, MND, spinal cord injury and other neurological conditions — delivered in your home and community.
Progressive, correctly dosed balance and strength training combined with gait retraining, mobility aid review and environmental risk identification.
Individually dosed resistance training that works at any age, built around the tasks that matter — managing steps, carrying shopping, getting off the floor.
In-home rehab following stroke, orthopaedic surgery, joint replacement, fracture, cardiac and respiratory admissions, prolonged illness or ICU stays.

Neurological
Neurological conditions change how the brain and body communicate. The result is weakness, altered tone, poor balance, reduced coordination, fatigue and a loss of confidence in movement — and each of those responds to targeted, repetitive, well-designed physiotherapy.
Our physiotherapists have extensive experience supporting adults with neurological and complex conditions, including:
Falls & Mobility
Around one in three older Australians falls each year, and a fall is very often the event that ends independent living. Falls are also highly modifiable.
Effective falls prevention is progressive, challenging, correctly dosed balance and strength training, delivered consistently over enough weeks to change the underlying capacity — combined with gait retraining, footwear and mobility aid review, and environmental risk identification alongside our occupational therapists. We also screen for the contributors that often go unnoticed: postural blood pressure changes, vestibular symptoms, reduced walking speed and fear of falling.
Strength
Loss of muscle mass and power with age is not inevitable and it is highly treatable. Resistance training works at any age, including in people in their nineties and people managing multiple chronic conditions.
Our programs are progressive and individually dosed — starting where the person is, building steadily, and continuing as a maintainable home program with family or support workers assisting where needed. We work on the specific tasks that matter: managing the front steps, carrying shopping, getting off the floor, getting in and out of the car.
Rehabilitation
The weeks after discharge are when function is most recoverable and most easily lost. We provide in-home rehabilitation following stroke, orthopaedic surgery, joint replacement, fracture, cardiac and respiratory admissions, prolonged illness, ICU stays or a general decline in condition.
Programs are short, goal-focused and measurable — regaining the ability to stand, to walk to the bathroom, to manage the front steps, to get back into the community. We welcome referrals from hospital discharge planners, rehabilitation teams and transition care services across Melbourne.

We support plan-managed and self-managed participants. Physiotherapy is typically funded under Capacity Building — Improved Daily Living, with additional support available through Improved Health and Wellbeing where relevant. Our physiotherapists provide functional assessments, progress reports and evidence for plan reviews, and work directly with support coordinators and plan managers.
Physiotherapy sits within the clinical care category of the Support at Home program, which replaced Home Care Packages from 1 November 2025. Clinical care services are fully funded by the government regardless of income or assets — there is no means-tested contribution for physiotherapy. Our Melbourne physiotherapists provide in-home strength, balance and mobility programs, falls prevention, pain management and post-hospital rehabilitation for older Australians. We also work with residential aged care providers and accept private referrals.
